
We’re back from a wonderful vacation – and an over abundant garden! I’ve picked a ton of cucumbers to turn into crisp and crunchy dill pickles. Some will be whole, others will be cut into spears, chunks and slices for burgers later in the year. All will be nicely spiced with garlic, dill and hot pepper. I’m making my own pickling spice mix and will post the recipe- and my results- later today.
