Here’s my favorite Spanish paprika, La Odalisca’ Pimentón. It’s a rich, pungent and deeply flavored paprika made from sun-dried peppers in Murcia, Spain. Use it in stews, soups and roasted meats.

Do you have any suggested sources?

I’m not familiar with New England’s food shopping scene, but I bet you can find it locally at a gourmet food shop near you. You can find it online at Amazon. Get a smoked paprika while you’re at it- you’ll love it!
