Today some of us from Bonneville served lunch at the Drop Inn Center in Over-the-Rhine.  I really enjoyed it and plan to go back again. Bonnie Dierker, the Volunteer Coordinator, gave us a tour of the facility and introduced us to some of the staff.  What an incredible service they provide. They feed, clothe and shelter those in need in Cincinnati. From the tiniest kitchen they serve over 300 people at each meal. The Drop Inn Center relies on donations for many of the meals. If you’re interested in helping, you can bring corporate groups, church and school groups-  or even a group of friends. 

They maintain a pantry (that can always use more canned goods) and toiletries (that can always use more soap, shampoo, deodorant) and other basic necessities. Right now they are in dire need of sweatpants. Want to help? Here’s the contact info:
