As a cooking school director and food show host, people often expect me to create elaborate food for parties. Honestly, I don’t have any more time than the next person and fussy food simply doesn’t fit into my lifestyle. But I try not to sacrifice taste and style. Using really quality ingredients and then presenting them beautifully takes the pressure off. This morning I brought an antipasta tray to Jeff and Jenn. I put it together with “off the shelf” ingredients from The Party Source. Try it next time you’re looking for easy but impactful party food.
