I recently recieved the following email from a listener and I really love her tip about grinding flax seed in a coffee grinder.  I thought I would share her email, I hope this helps!   

Hi, Amy, 

My husband and I love listening to your show each Sunday morning on
our way to Church.  Last Sunday (01/13/08) I heard you talk about the
superfoods and you mentioned that you would have a list of the superfoods on
your site.  But, I cannot locate the list of superfoods.  I have printed off
the list of recipes and cannot wait to make a few of them.  I have already been
using the flax seed and have found that grinding it in a coffee grinder helps to
incorporate it into recipes rather nicely.  I like your idea on spinach.  Thank
you for your ideas.  Can you send me the list of the superfoods?
